From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., put your hand to the dough by participating in a cooking class in all conviviality, followed by the meal. Menus offered: Entrance: creamed fresh water fish soup and winged crusts Dishes: fish fillets just snacked, pilaf rice and quenels of Alsatian terrine Alsatian American sauce, fish matelote and potatoes Steamed Touquet ratte. Desserts: William pear poached in syrup with 5 spices and or marbled with gingerbread Materials desired per participant that they or they may bring from home: – Knives (2-3 types: flexible blades, rigid blades and office (small)) – Tea towels x 2 – Apron – Economy This event is organized as part of the Alsatian Week initiated by the Sauer-Pechelbronn Community of Communes from 29 September to 4 October 2026.
