F.A.Q. of Pass'Alsace

Frequently asked questions about the Pass'Alsace

Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the use of the Pass'Alsace.

Use my Pass'Alsace

The pass is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours. For example, for a 24h MiniPass, if you scan it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Saturday. He can therefore overlap 2 days. Ditto for the 48h MiniPass, if you scan it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Sunday. It can overlap 3 days.

Cela depend des musées, nous vous conseillons de regarder dans les fiches de chaque prestation incluse dans le pass si les chiens sont admis. Si vous ne trouvez pas l'information veuillez consulter directement le musée

No, public transportation is not included in the pass

There is no limit to the number of visits. You can visit as many partner sites as you like!

The only restriction is in Strasbourg, where you can visit 3 of the city’s 9 museums (among the following: Alsatian Museum, Archaeological Museum, Decorative Arts Museum, Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Fine Arts Museum, Historical Museum, Tomi Ungerer Museum, Œuvre Notre-Dame Museum, and Zoological Museum).

Covid restrictions: at most of our partner sites, no reservations are required. Here are the exceptions where it is necessary at the moment to reserve a slot:

Yes, the NFC chip is integrated in the leaflet box: more economical and more ecological! You can see your pass number on the back of the flyer.

You can order it quite simply on the online store by specifying that you choose your mobile phone as support and you will receive it in the form of a QR Code that you can present to enter all the Pass'Alsace sites either by showing the PDF or by associating your Pass numbers with the Pass'Alsace mobile application.

You must validate the Batorama option (the time slot of the visit) during the validity of the Pass'Alsace (24h, 48h or 3 days). It is necessary to go to the store in the city center of Strasbourg, very close to Strasbourg Cathedral to validate your tickets and the time slot. You can also book your slot by email to info@batorama.com. You will need to give your Pass'Alsace number, the day and time you wish to visit, your postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. Be careful to choose your time slot to optimise your day's visit: Batorama is a visit that requires validation, so a day will be deducted! Please do not go directly to the docks without having chosen your time slot!

The Batorama option is offered as an add-on to the Pass’Alsace at a price of €5 per Pass. It must be selected at the time of purchase. If the Batorama option was not chosen during the initial purchase, the customer may request its addition afterwards. This modification will incur management fees in addition to the option price: €10 per order for two (2) or more Adult Passes, €5 per order including one Adult Pass, and €0 for Child Passes (see Terms & Conditions).

With the 3-day Pass'Alsace, you have 14 days from the first use of the Pass to use your 3-day visit. The 3 days are not necessarily consecutive. You can organize as you like during your holiday in Alsace. The 3 days can be used over 14 days, i.e. you can take breaks between visiting days depending on your desires or the weather. These are calendar days (from midnight to midnight).

The Pass'Alsace is a physical pass (hardened cardboard in bank card format with QR Code) or a digitalized pass that you just need to pass in front of a suitable reader in the places visited.

The Child Pass is certainly interesting from 6 years old. Below, there is a calculation to do because some sites are free, others pay from 3 years, 4 years or 5 years. It will sometimes be more interesting to pay the tickets at the public child rate when the ticket is not free rather than to take a pass.

The duration of the Pass'Alsace is calculated automatically from its first use in museums and partner sites. The Pass is valid for 24 or 48 hours consecutively or 3 or 5 days out of 14 days (consecutive or not). For example, for a 24h MiniPass, if you scan it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Saturday. Ditto for the 48h MiniPass, if you scan it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Sunday. With the Pass'Alsace 3 (or 5) days, you have 14 days from the first use of the Pass to use your 3 (or 5) days of visit. The 3 (or 5) days are not necessarily consecutive. You can organize yourself however you want. The 3 (or 5) days can be used over 14 days, that is to say that you can take breaks between the days of the visit as you wish or the weather.

Reductions will be applied upon presentation of your pass.

The times are given for information only. Please check opening dates and times directly with tourist sites. Watch out for public holidays and ticket office closing times! Also watch out for outdoor tourist sites that may close temporarily in bad weather conditions.

No, you will only be able to access each site included in your Pass once.
