Your most frequent questions

Your Pass activates automatically at your first visit to a partner site.
Can I buy my Pass several weeks in advance ?
Yes. You can buy your Pass several weeks, or even months, before your stay. It only activates at your first visit.
Can I visit several sites on the same day ?
Yes. You can visit as many partner sites as you like during your Pass’s validity period.
Do I need to book my visits in advance ?
Some partners require a booking. Remember to check the site’s page before your visit.
Do I need a Child Pass’Alsace for a young child ?
It depends on their age and the sites you want to visit. Many partner sites are free for very young children, while others become chargeable from age 3, 4 or 5.
For children under 6, we recommend comparing the price of the Child Pass with the public prices of the sites you plan to visit. In some cases, it may be cheaper to pay for entries individually.
