Is becoming a reseller chargeable?
No. Joining the reseller network is free and with no commitment. We define the terms together during our first conversation.
Do I have to buy the Passes in advance?
No. We provide you with a stock of Passes: you don’t advance any money to get started.
Physical or digital: what’s the difference for me?
The physical Pass is a card you hand over in person from your stock. The digital Pass is sent electronically: no stock management, no shortage, and your guest uses it immediately on their smartphone. You can offer one, the other, or both.
Can I give the Passes away rather than resell them?
Yes. Some establishments resell them to their guests, others offer them as a welcome gift: both options are possible.
How do my guests use the Pass?
