The Museum of Decorative Arts is housed on the ground floor of the Rohan Palace. The former residence of the four cardinals of Rohan, bishops and princes of Strasbourg, was built from 1732 to 1742 on the plans of architect Robert de Cotte.

From historical reality to virtual reconstruction, follow the design and construction of the Renaissance astronomical clock in Strasbourg cathedral step by step. The tour begins in the exhibition at the Musée de l'Œuvre Notre-Dame and ends in the clock-making room of the Musée des Arts décoratifs with a 3D reconstruction of the clock. As part of the exhibition "Strasbourg 1560-1600. Le renouveau des arts" presented at the Musée de l'Œuvre Notre-Dame. Meet at the ticket office of the Musée de l'Œuvre Notre-Dame.
